What do I need to do to use the makerspace?

• A valid Champaign County Library card is required by anyone that uses the Imagine Lab. 
• A signed release form must be on file for each user.
• Some of the equipment require specific supplies, see the details for the piece of equipment you are interested in using.   
• Anyone under 13 must have a parent with them while in the Lab. 

General Questions

Maker Kits are non-traditional items that you are able to check out from the library. 
Below is a list of available items.  Click on the item name to learn more about the item or to place a hold.  

Items check out for 2 weeks.  The replacement cost is listed on the tag of each item.  

The information listed here has been posted on social media platforms. We may provide links to stories, information on contests we have offered in the past, links to photos, etc.

Public Computer Policy 

The Champaign County Library provides free internet access to the public through traditional sit down computer stations as well as wireless access. 

Because this is a public resource, the rights of others must be respected and therefore:

Print from your mobile device or PC to our Princh Printing Service from anywhere you have an internet connection.

Printing Information

You must pick up your prints within 24 hours.

COST:

Letter (8 1/2" x 11)   10 cents for black and white, 25 cents for color
