This event offers residents a chance to safely and responsibly dispose of old and unused electronics — at no cost. The library, in partnership with Accurate IT Services and supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the State Library of Ohio, aims to reduce harmful electronic waste in landfills while promoting environmental sustainability. What’s Accepted? A wide range of items can be recycled, including: Tablets, Phones, Computers, and Printers Cables, Keyboards, and Mice Cameras, Speakers, and Floppy Drives Small Appliances like Toasters and Microwaves Lithium-ion Batteries, Battery Chargers, and Air Conditioners Video Game Systems, Cable Boxes, CDs, DVDs, and DVD Players For a complete list of acceptable items, visit: https://www.accurateit.com/items-accepted/
